Damaged or defective items

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you in full. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Made-to-order items

Because each print is produced on demand for you, we generally cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or an incorrect address. Please double-check your size and shipping details at checkout.

How to request

Email [email protected] or use our contact page. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, in the currency you were charged.

Cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled only before production begins (usually within a few hours of ordering). Contact us as soon as possible.
