About Allotrope
What we make
Allotrope turns real crystallographic data into archival fine-art prints. Every piece is rendered directly from the measured atomic lattice of an element or material - the same structures held in the public-domain Crystallography Open Database (COD) - so what hangs on your wall is a faithful portrait of how matter is actually arranged.
How prints are made
Each structure is rendered server-side at 300 DPI and printed to order on archival stock by our print partner, then shipped worldwide. Because every print is made on demand, we keep an enormous catalog available without holding inventory.
